These are obviously before and after pictures. I went from a 54" waist to a current 32" waist. I still wear the belt I was wearing when I got injured. It wraps around my body 1 & 1/2 times. I can use a regular bath towel and wrap it around myself and walk around. I needed a freaking beach towel.

If I hadn't lost weight I probably would never have walked again. My transition took about 28 months total but I lost 100 pounds from April 2020 to December of 2020. I was 5' 10" & 320+ pounds to a current 5' 6.5" depending on the time of day and how straight up I can stand & 165 pounds. I was a big dude. I still have that mindset. Just not the vehicle. The Hospital picture is from March 2020. All the pictures are from 2016 & 2019 except the obvious one. That's the summer of 2022.
